Everyone is very nice, however, the wait and lack of communication for the additional services on my vehicle needed work. I was there to get my tires rotated and ended up staying from 11 am till almost 2pm. Only after I left was I made aware that they actually took care of a recall on the software of my car, and conducted an inspection, free of charge. I wish I would have known this while I was there, but I’m thankful my car was taken care of.

With this being our first experience at a dealership, Pablo made the entire journey simply amazing and very welcoming from the start to the end!!! He really helped us understand the process so much better. Nathan helped us with the financing aspect of it and we were walked through every option we had so my dad and I are beyond thankful for that. We are more than excited to come back and purchase another vehicle from here!

Everything is still in a delivery process. Therefore we cannot rate everything at this time. The salesman is terrific. He is helping in every way. The process to deliver a preowned vehicle is quite a long process. You should improve that part with some pre performance guidelines.
