Abigail was very nice and was placed in a difficult situation. The recalls were supposed to take 1 day to complete, the technician did not finish it or didn't start working on it until day 3. There was no communication with me unless I called, even then Abigail didn't have a status due to the lack of communication from the technician. Management needs to pay closer attention to what the technicians are working on compared to what the customer was told.
