When I first got there I had to go in and let someone know I needed help. Never experienced that when going to a dealership. However Mercedes was great and while I waited I was able to rest drive a car of my liking. They were busy so I can’t complain too bad. They gave me the wrong quote initially and had me waiting 2 hours longer than I was told.
