Bernardo was very helpful and patient throughout my entire car buying experience. He knew all of the Hyundai features, inside and out, and was able to answer any question I had. We went to Vandergriff to trade our 2010 Malibu for something with comparable space and better fuel economy. Give it to Hyundai for the Elantra design. Anyhow, our car developed a couple problems shortly after purchase, but Tony K in sales and Amy Kemp and Ken Mauldin in service did everything they could to work with Hyundai to diagnose and fix the issue. We visited this dealership on an unplanned visit. They made us feel welcome, got us exactly the model we wanted to test drive and evaluate without pushing for us to see a different and more expensive model.
