I found Bryce to be very knowledgeable about cars in general and the car I was interested in (an Accent base) in particular. I appreciated that he kept any add-ons from being applied before I had a chance to drive the car. With 40 years of driving experience behind me, this was the best car buying exerience I've ever had. From the sales person, through the accounting office, to walking out the door. I'm not from Dallas, and was looking for a specific vehicle configuration, which this dealership had. We agreed upon a deal, and each associate I encountered was easy to confer with, and very helpful in their role. If you are looking for a car, and you've decided to either try a Hyundai or like a Hyundai already. Go see Ericka at Vandergriff Hyundai. We did after going to 3 or 4 other dealerships, some of them owned by Vandergriff as well, and she was the best by far. She was personable, not overbearing, nice, and was trying to help us. It was not a dog and pony show like the other sales people were putting on.

Sam Hamdan gave me the sales pitch but he was not aggressive and thus, I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited, however it made for a long day due to the finance person. If it wasn't for Sam I would have walked. I came with check in hand but the finance person tried to get a different two different companies to compete for a lower interest rate, which caused my credit score to received two additional hits and they would not finance me because I still owed for 1 car. I purchase a new 2011 Sonata SE from Vandergriff over the internet and I have to say, the people at Vanderfgriff, especially Lee(Awesome Lady)and William(our saleman) were the friendliest and most courteous people I have EVER purchased a vehicle from. It took some time, but in the end I got exactlly what I wanted with the payments I needed, and an interest rate that was far below my expectations! David, has made a believer out of me when it comes to Vander Griff and Hyundai. TONY SPEND A WHOLE DAY WITH ME AND STRIVED 100% TO CONVICE ME WHAT HE WAS SELLING WAS #1 IN THE INDUSTRY. HE WAS VERY CONFIDENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I always pre-shop and negotiate on the internet and direct email to several dealers. Most respond poorly with auto messages. I received a quick and personal response from Alex. After I told him what I wanted I got a quick response from Lee because Alex was with a customer. Lee negotiated with me all day Saturday by email.
