I used the online tool to make the deal, value my trade and set up the loan. Website said it would save time and make it possible to come in, sign all documents and complete the transaction in minimum time. It still took 3 hours to complete the sale and drive off the lot. Salesman Fernando was very good and delays were not his fault.
