They fix my car to my satisfaction and they’re friendly. The lobby’s nice. I wish they still wash cars. I never go to the other place because it’s a bit troublesome to pick up your car and then need to go somewhere else to get it washed when you have been accustomed to the great service being done all at the same time
I would like you to know about your longtime employee Lorena Juarez in your service department! Lorena has always been so helpful with me and my service and always seems to make a difficult situation into a positive situation with her above and beyond attitude. Her helping hand in every situation and her attitude in these difficult times is a blessing. I sure hope you know what a jewel you have in Lorena! My service writer also was very good today and took care of my needs.
