My service tech, Faith, was extremely helpful and got my car in and out of service quickly, when my battery died at home. I called, she worked me in and it was covered under warranty. The actual battery is another story, it was a 84 month battery that only lasted 19 months--poor quality to be sure!!

FAST, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, and FRIENDLY. Mr Ryan Parker & Mr. Chris Vasquez both are top notch employees and you are lucky to have them on your team. I'd name your mechanics too if I knew who they were. I have never had poor or bad service in more than 20 years. Best part is no one pushes you to buy services you don't need. In all the DFW area THIS is the place to go. When I wear out my current vehicle I will buy only from Vandergriff Toyota.

He welcomed me with a large smile and kept me informed about all the details, estimates, timing, and next steps. Out of his grace also, he helped me to find and replace a hubcap that I missed recently.
