The service I received during the maintenance check on my 2019 RAV4 was excellent. Ryan Parker greeted me on arrival for my appointment, accompanied me to the waiting area and took my vehicle for service. Waiting time was minimal and on completion of the work Mr. Parker explained in detail the services performed. I have every confidence in Vandergriff Toyota and Mr. Ryan Parker to help me keep my vehicle in excellent working condition.

Great experience I was greeted right away at the dealership. They notified my advisor Mike Hill that I had arrived and he came to assist me right away. We discussed the my concerns and he gave me a timeframe as to how long it should take to fix the issue at hand. I was notifed once the car was ready in a timely fashion. Everything was covered under warranty as promise and when I arrived back at the dealership to pickup my car they brought the car out promptly. Very pleasant experience.

After they changed the oil there was oil on the hood the fender the door panel the running board the door step plate and floor mat. Every time they have changed my oil they have did poor quality work
