Isaac was very thorough with showing what I can anticipate in the future. I was very happy with the service. The only down side was the wait was super long and I had an appointment at 8 and I didnt leave until 12:15. There was the most cars ever in line at 8 which I waited in line for 20 minutes. That is not Isaacs fault. Just many people scheduled for the same time.

Great service, reasonable turnaround time for waiting! Surprised they didnt do my Differential (rear) Service @ 30k as suggested instead of 35k which was unexpected. But overall 4 1/2 star service!

The trick to getting In-and-out of this facility quickly is to go early in the morning. I was a little annoyed that they tried to sell me a fuel injector cleaning service when the car only had 5000 miles on it most of which were using the all-electric drive mode. Clearly the car did not need the fuel system cleaned. I am always leery of dealerships that try to sell you services which are totally unnecessary. This dealer does good quality work but just be aware that they will try to sell you things that you probably don't nee... read more
