Upon arrival into the service bay at 3:30 PM, I stood beside my vehicle in 100+ degrees while being ignored by the young black lady servicing other customers. So I went inside where I was ignored by all other service staff. I had to beg someone to help me! Once I was able to convince someone to help all went well after that.

I needed an oil change and a repair of the fan motor because it would only blow air on HIGH. The repairman diagnosed it as a burnt resistor and burnt wiring harness. I needed the truck for the weekend, so the service dept ordered the resistor and harness and I returned on Monday and they repaired it in a few hours. The fan motor works fine now. I also asked for a state inspection and that was also done. Overall, the service was excellent.

Communication was a little lax and my fluids werent topped off to my satisfaction. But thats on me because I didnt check before I left the dealership. All good though!
