From the first answer of the phone at the Service Dept, folks helped me figure out the best plan of action. They got to us much faster than quoted as well, which is always a plus. The service rep was fantastic and informative. I figured out that a previous customer service representative was not knowledgeable or didnt do her research so it will end up costing me money to fix an issue she told me was not covered which come to find out was at time of the previous service. I will not ever use her if she is the one that ends up getting my service.

Instructions were clear and straightforward. I wasn't sure about what I needed so I almost paid for stuff I didn't want. That's more my fault however for not understanding what was being said to me it was early. I just needed a basic checkup/oil change.
