As usual I was very impressed with my car service at Vandergriff Toyota. Scott King, my service advisor, did a great job in making my service experience very pleasant and rewarding! He welcomed me with a large smile and kept me informed about all the details, estimates, timing, and next steps. Out of his grace also, he helped me to find and replace a hubcap that I missed recently. Issac is a great service manager. He called me back when I left a message to arrange service and was ready for me when I came. My car was not right when I got in it after the service. I drive down the street and knew it was not right. I came back and he took care of the problem. One or more of the wheels was not on correctly from a rotation! He always kept me informed!

The wait time was too long just for an oil change and state inspection. This is with the appointment set up.

My service agent was not at work yet and another agent helped me. Vandergriff Toyota helped me get in and out quickly, fixing all I needed. They did a point check service and everything was great. It was the best service I ever had and did not wait long. Alfredo was the service person who helped me and he did a great job!
