They actually did a better job than I expected. I had stopped using Vandergriff for several years due to their substandard work. I had a flat on my Avalon and decided I'd give them another try since it was covered under warranty. For a nice change they service writer was very courteous and helpful. They swapped the tire for a brand new one and got all the work done very quickly. I know it's only a tire but maybe they've finally turned in a positive direction; keeping my fingers crossed.
