The service was good. The problem is the waiting time. I had an appt & still had to wait 2++ hrs for the service to be complete. Sooooo, why offer (schedule an appt) if the wait time is longer than if you didn't have an appt. I had a 7:30 am appt. & there were 20 cars in front of me which one of those really had appts?
