The service was performed on the time and date as promised. The service to be performed was confirmed when I arrived at the dealership. I was promptly informed when the service was completed. The dealership offered to bring my vehicle to my house, but since I live very close to the dealership, I declined that offer. The service that had been performed was described in detail when I arrived. I will continue to use their service.

ended up costing me 1300 dollars. it could have been much worse. I bought the 4 Runner from you in 2008. you folks are the only people to put a wrench on my vehicle. It has been the best most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. I am getting a little gun shy because what I think is routine maintenance turns out to be 1000 dollars every time I bring the 4- Runner in for an oil change. I am seriously searching for a new vehicle with an extended warranty package. wish me luck !

Glenn our salesperson was excellent.. Did not have a good experience with Mike, time it took to complete sale, these dealer add ons prices real misleading when I first looked at price online and was there over 4 hours.
