The trick to getting In-and-out of this facility quickly is to go early in the morning. I was a little annoyed that they tried to sell me a fuel injector cleaning service when the car only had 5000 miles on it most of which were using the all-electric drive mode. Clearly the car did not need the fuel system cleaned. I am always leery of dealerships that try to sell you services which are totally unnecessary. Mike Hill was my service advisor. He was very professional, answered questions, addressed any concerns and explained in a way that I understood. Before any repairs took place, he went over multi-point inspection form with me and recommendations in detail. Mike is a great asset to Vandergriff team.

Went in to have my steering checked. The problem was due to misbalanced front tires. Vandergriff balanced the front tires free of charge since I paid for a balance about 6 months ago. This was great customer service to take care of this issue and not charge me.

Great Service,I had a problem with my sun roof the service guy got me in and took care of it. I was really greatful because it was a Saturday and we were under a thunderstorm warning,and i was in panic mode!
