The service advisor was polite and friendly. The technician that test drive was able to understand the problem immediately, so kudos for that. The very costly reprogrammed key unfortunately open/close 3 doors and the trunk but not the passenger door. It is also slightly stiff when inserting into the ignition and difficult to take out (the service dept was closed when i reached out, will try again). Car runs appreciably smoother, but ...
