We've refinanced several times and this was, by far, the easiest experience we've ever had. To begin with, Brian was expeditive in finding the best loan that fit our needs. Secondly, the process of collecting the loan application documents was made easy with the Floify software. Finally, Carey, our loan processor, was extremely communicative, replying instantly in some cases, and very helpful. Brian at VanDyk is always the first person we call when the climate looks right for a refinance.

The refinancing on my home was an extremely complicated one. There were many obstacles that I didn’t think we were going to overcome. Thecia never gave up, she worked countless hours to get it done and she did. To be honest I don’t think anyone else would have had the patience and the tenacity to refinance my home.
