First of all, Joe and his staff at Van Dyke Mortgage we have used twice now and were first recommended to us by our financial planners, Michigan Financial several years ago. Tim and his staff took great care in my clients needs. We only had a short timeframe to get loan approval and when other lenders said no Tim and his staff said yes! We were provided with updates on a weekly basis and I always knew were my clients file was at in the approval process. Communication is key when it takes a village of people to facilitate a real estate transaction and Tim and his staff did just that. Thanks again for an awesome experience and successful closing!
