Mrs. Peggy and her staff worked very dilligently from the beginning to the closing. They are awesome at keeping the lines of communication open, and ahead of the game when it comes to making sure you are in great standing to close on your home. Sellers could not agree and decided on getting a divorce. Lawyers became involve to resolve the issues between the sellers. This Caused huge delays and uncertainty on the buyer side. But Annie was able to help out in every possible way during this time. Annie made the process very easy.
