Caitlin is my go-to when my real estate clients are looking for a mortgage. They always enjoy working with her and I appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and knowledge. This transaction was a little bit difficult and it looked like it may fall apart after the buyer had opted for a different lender (Builder's preferred lender) but as soon as Caitlin took it over, she had a plan. The buyers were able to purchase the home they love and even the builder's representative was impressed!
