Although these were not my buyers, they were puchasing my listing, I had to be sure these buyers were financially qualified and able to close this loan. Annie Garron conducted the pre-approval very accurately, and having worked with Annie Garron before, her reputation and skill level was critical in my seller accepting their offer in a very tight & hot market. If Van Dyke mortgage issues a pre-approval-you can be confident it will close.
