I’m a single father of 3 with not so great of credit. Looking into buying a house and using FHA honestly expecting to be turned down immediately. Cindy was very informative and literally walked me through what I needed to do every step to get my credit where I needed to be to make this a reality! Cindy and her team where always available to answer any of my questions (believe me there were a lot!) If you are looking to buy a house, do yourself a favor and use Cindy with van dyke mortgage!
