Caitlin VanDyk and team are exceptional to work with. This is approximately our fifth mortgage with Caitlin, and our son also obtained his very first mortgage with VanDyk Mortgage earlier this year (keeping things in the family)! She and her team are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and responsive to every need. They make the mortgage process enjoyable and celebrate with you as you reach key milestones along the way. We would never consider using anyone else for our mortgage needs. They are the best!!

Stacey and the team were fantastic in guiding me through the entire refinancing process. Communication was excellent and I was notified at every step of exactly what information was needed on my end to ensure a successful transaction. Any issues were handled in a timely fashion and with a personal touch that truly made me feel that Stacey was definitely looking out for my best interest. I used Stacey for my original loan and confidently called her again when it was time to refinance.

Bill and his staff made the entire process of financing our home purchase go smoothly. Their system for providing necessary documents was easy to use, and they kept in touch by text, email and phone. And everything was done in time for our scheduled closing!
