Brent Verleger truly cares for his clients. I have had many transactions with other lenders and there is a difference in how people are treated. You're not just another number with Brent & VanDyk Mortgage. He advocates on behalf of his clients whenever possible (going above and beyond what most loan officers would do), his communication is exceptional, and he educates /re-educates clients (& me) without hesitation. We were required to send all paperwork work in at the beginning of the process but I do no think anyone took the time to verify that your company had what it needed and really looked at our particular It was very frustrating!!! It would have been a disaster if we were not available 95% if the time to find and rush more documents upon regular I will day our agent was a available almost immediately every time we called. That was a good thing
