Being a first time home buyer is really confusing, frustrating and daunting. Joe made the experience super simple, explaining exactly what is and will happen every step of the way. No question is a stupid question as he will explain step by step. After talking with Joe I went from frustrated to home owner in less then a month. Aside from being an awesome guy, he is here to help and teach. The staff are also very helpful with documentation and getting the correct paper work needed. 10 out 10 I would recommend!
