We came to Michael at Van Dyke on the recommendation of our realtor, after having been absolutely, totally, unbelievably mistreated, repeatedly lied to, and left in the lurch by Bank of America (*BofA, after having sent the settlement papers, denied the loan on the eve of closing; our closing lawyer said they do this all the time). Our realtor said, "If Michael says he can do it in a month, he will". And he did. The communication was great, everything went smoothly as it should have.

Tim Hart and his staff were amazing! In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic they were able to close on my FHA loan in 30 days!! The communication was incredible and the personal attention was sincere. They really made the whole process smooth!
