This organization had managed our initial mortgage for our home in FL, moving from TN. Very difficult, unsold house back in TN, assets heavily discounted by Dodd-Frank and other laws and regulations. Debt to income ratio therefore sub-marginal. The Donaldson team came through and managed a mortgage for us to purchase our Florida home, albeit with FHA provisions. They then followed up after about 6 months and managed re-financing with very favorable rates, and minimal costs, deleting FHA!
