Kathryn was a godsend and arguably a miracle worker! Her and her team were able to do what I was told by another company was "impossible" and did so in record time. Kathryn and her team were incredibly responsive and communicative. They made what had been a pretty miserable process prior to their involvement much better. If it weren't for them I would have been paying cash. I cannot thank them enough, truly.

We tried to go with another lender and they would not get back to us on time or didn't pass on information the under writer needed. Angela was a angel. She went beyond and got on top of things to get us to close on time. She was very informative, knew what she was doing and was honest and got straight to the point to help us out.

I was unsure if I could get a home loan but Keith and his team walked me through the whole process with great patience and understanding. They helped me repair my credit to be able to buy a house. This is a normally nerve racking process sometimes but Keith and his team were amazing. Thankful for them.

We looked and worked hard for so long to buy a house and got to the point where we didn't think it was going to happen and then we found Bill McDonald. He was excellent throughout the whole process and Van Dyke was great to work with their app was easy and providing all documents was easy.
