Kathryne had said that they could close on my property before or on a certain day. Most lenders usually say that but can't follow through on that, but Kathryne and the people at VanDyk lived up to what they said. Even though I had an issue with the home inspection and had to get another inspection done. We still closed on time, just do the paperwork required in a timely manner and you shouldn't have any issues with closing.
