The office is clean, modern and relaxing. The waiting room has a great selection of magazines. Although I'm never waiting around long enough to really look through them! They are so efficient and organized and their appointment reminder/confirmation emails are so convenient. I was even running 10 minutes late to my last appointment and everyone was so understanding. I really like the staff at Dr. Van's office. I have been going to see Nicole for many years and she makes it better even when you have to get less than fun work done. She really does care about her patients and that helps.

You could not ask for a more caring experienced team to care for your dental needs. I have known Dr. Van for many years she continues to impress me with her knowledge and level of professionalism that extends to her selection of highly qualified dedicated staff. Dr. Chang does a great job explaining what is going on while she works, which takes a lot of the scariness out of going to the dentist. The practice is very high-tech, so you get to see on a screen exactly how your teeth are doing and why you may need work done. They also tell you beforehand exactly how much it will cost you to have the work done. I've been going to Dr. Van ever since she opened her Tyson's Corner office and could not be more pleased! The obvious benefits immediately apparent to me when I changed to her office was the use of technology (computers, monitors, software, instant XRay/ photos, etc.) used to demonstrate what she is seeing specific to my dental situation. I had a cleaning (my first in a very long time since I lost and regained insurance) and some fillings done this past week with Dr. Chang. The hygenist was very kind and respectful in addition to being highly skilled. She pressed a little too hard a few times, but all in all, it was a very good experience. Dr. Chang did my fillings and was extremely receptive to my concerns and anxiety about dental work. She did an excellent job and there was no pain at all. I recommend early appointments. The service is excellent starting with the hygenist and ending with Dr. Van. I travel from MD to VA to have my teeth cleaned by Dr. Van. I trust her office to make the right decision for my dental needs.
