The wonderful staff helped my loved one , above and beyond, during his stay . They got to know him and kept me informed along the way . They set up home support before discharge, I am so grateful for this place.

I am writing this to formally warn others, particularly those with "invisible" disabilities or chronic illnesses, about the severe medical neglect and lack of professional standards at this facility. I was admitted for support following a family bereavement and a period of depression stemming from lifelong chronic pain. Rather than receiving a therapeutic environment, I was subjected to conditions that were medically regressive and life-threatening. Clinical Negligence and Medication Withholding Despite my primary needs be... read more

terrible hospital. they only use you for your insurance. you get zero help. people around you are hitting people, even staff. they get Thorazine and then are back in "gen pop" in like 10 mins. also they then send them packing the very next day due to insurance up. with nowhere to go. it's insane. they lose your valuables...they put other peoples things in with your stuff. just a hot mess. would NEVER recommend and will NEVER go back

I would zero stars if I could. This place traumatized someone very close to me. When they were discharged we thought everything was ok & less than an hour after discharge we had to take them back because they were not stable enough to be without 24 hr watch. It was very scary & sad. No meds were given to help treat the mental crisis.

I've been inpatient many times. Probably about ten. I would give this place two stars because the staff is not the worst I've been with, but also not terrible. There's the usual strip search in the beginning, and of course they're going to sedate you if you have an episode or something, but other than that they are mostly fine. One thing they need to improve on is the outside time. They let you outside about seven times a day, fifteen minutes per break, on the Adult 1 unit. They just called it a smoke break. But if you did... read more

Inpatient care is terrible. I was in the adult unit and spent a week there. Most of the time you sit around and watch TV. Seems like everyone working there smokes. Security cameras in the rooms are aimed right at the shower. If you have any type of disability you are screwed. Tech lady named Jamie used a drill sergeant approach and was constantly yelling orders at the patients. I just stopped my IOP classes because lunch is frequently late causing you to get home late. The woman teaching the IOP classes was nice but showed u... read more

I went to inpatient detox from alcohol there. I'm disabled with several disabilities. The beds are cement. The shower has nothing to sit on or hold you up. The wheelchair was too small and broken and it bruised my arms to hell. The doctor there discontinued my benzodiazepines and my tramadol so I was detoxing from those (as well as other meds he changed and didn't tell me) and detoxing from alcohol; all 3 is deadly. They gave me 3 Ativan total. That was their idea of "detox". They probably would've killed me if I hadn't left... read more

Just what you expect from a place like this. lt was horrible, I didn't even need to be in an intensive in-patient setting I just needed a program to help with my mental health. Yet I got stuck here with the crazies and was told that for some reason I needed to stay here for an entire week! Which in all reality was so they could get a nice paycheck, as even the nurses said that I was fine and shouldn't have been there. I also witnessed some very traumatic things while in there, I probably didn't need to see those things but i... read more

I used to work there a few years ago as a RN. They treat their staff just as bad as their patients like you are in jail. Terrible place where the kids learn worse behavior from the other kids and the adults also learn bad behaviors. They have Un trained (21 year olds) people holding group meetings and have them grooming them into being a negative person.
