RecommendedWhen your inpatient you are working with staff but your also hearing and learning about others ways of coping or ideas of coping. When I was there the patients, we relied a lot on each other because there was so much going on in the unit that the staff was occupied. The groups are very beneficial. The IOP (intensive outpatient program) program they offer has honestly helped me, not only with processing but understanding. So the 5 stars are well deserved.

IF ANYONE IS A NURSE AND THEY WORKED IN THE UNIT WHERE 12 AND UP WAS THERE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I NEED HELP TO CONTACT MY FRIEND RUBEN I AM GOING CRAZY WITH OUT TALKING TO HIM CAN SOMEONE SEND ME HIS PICTURE OR HIS LAST NAME I REALLY NEED IT PLEASE
worked here as a nurse. the place was awful. admissions staff is deceitful and puts you in dangerous situations, lies to the unit nurses about report. Upper management is incompetent and has no clue how to run this facility.
This place is not a good place for kids who have depression or suicidal thoughts, The staff does not care if there are fights or bullying. The nurses get angry if you don't take your medicine in a certain amount of time. They just don't care about the patients well being. Was there for 2 months for my depression and when i got out it was 10 x worse before i went in.
If your child’s school refers you here, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. They will recommend inpatient treatment based on how many beds are full and if you do not leave your child here for inpatient treatment they will call DHS!
