I used to work there a few years ago as a RN. They treat their staff just as bad as their patients like you are in jail. Terrible place where the kids learn worse behavior from the other kids and the adults also learn bad behaviors. They have Un trained (21 year olds) people holding group meetings and have them grooming them into being a negative person.

My son was sent here in December 2023 we was shown great reviews for the facility said we could call on certain days and givin times, after trying to get thru after a hour of calling finally got to talk to my son, felt somthin wasnt right done some research and found real reviews, i decided to pick up my son against doctor wishes, it took over 30min for them to bring him out, they had no idea why he was on the antibiotics the hospital prescribed him, they cut the ankle monitor off and we left on a Saturday, now its monday m... read more

So I spent 4 days at Vantage Point where a hospital would check to see what or how much the patient ate-they did not. There was one medication nurse per unit I was on Adult 2. There was NO actual help being given--not even a diagnosis, a goal or treatment plan or date you would leave. CNAs conducted the groups 3-4 a day as they also had to sign off on having seen every patient (8 was our average) every 5 minutes-apparently that was their treatment for attempted suicide. Seeing every patient every 5 minutes is unrealis... read more

My mom was a patient at this facility. When we went to pick her up they rushed her to the door along with discharge papers and quickly asked us to sign them. We wanted to ask questions about the care she received since we were never called by the attending physician at any time during her stay . We were told that they would call when any change occurred with her medication. She has a rash in multiple places on her body. She also was very scared and confused.

This place is the worst place you could send anyone to. Everything about it was gross, The place was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned for 5 years. The bathrooms smelt so bad, The bathroom floors were literally covered with piss, Floors were covered with dust and a bunch of other stuff i don't even know what all. I wasn't allowed to call my mom at all. Not even one time. They make you sit in a smelly, sweaty room all day. There is literally nothing to do except sit there and talk. The patients there were not ev... read more

Was sent there forcefully after going to the hospital. Was there for a whole week after being told I would only be there for two days to be stabilize. Constant lying back and forth, they tell your parents you're busy when they call, even though you are kept in a small smelly room throughout the day, tell them they will let the patient call back but never once tell the patient their parent even called. Spoke to my parents maybe twice for about ten minutes both times, staff gets horribly mad if you even go ten seconds past th... read more

My fiancé and I moved here from TN, she was on medication but do to moving in a rush we haven't been able to get a refill or any appointments due to covid... My fiancé started having an episode and I took her in to get an assessment, needless to say I never got the appointment. 1 because of my fiancé switching her moods and telling everyone she's fine. (I understand thats the law in AR to not keep anyone if they insist they're okay.) But 2 was the receptionist being absolutely no help and getting and attitude with me while I... read more

I was admitted in September of last week for 6 days and that place leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I was treated like an inmate due to the fact that I was in a wheelchair and could not partake in activities like others could. I was talked down to, made fun of, ignored, disrespected, and that is why I am so upset. I have had four back surgeries and I have a broken screw stuck in my ileum. One worker asked me why I wasn't walking and when I explained about my situation, he said that I could walk if I wanted to and then aske... read more

RUN, DON'T WALK! If I could give a -5 review, I would. This place is what happens when you get little to no funding for mental health services. Let me go ahead and count the ways: My daughter was admitted because she mentioned suicidal thoughts at school so the school immediately calls a representative from the hospital and the shit show begins. Admission took hours, I think we got there at 6pm and I didn't leave until 11pm. I spoke with a nurse who REASSURED me that my child would not be intermingling with drug addicts and... read more
