If your life is crazy but you want your house to sell Jose and his team are right for the job. If you're in the military and won't be around for closing, they are definitely the team for you. I personally didn't have time to check in on what was going on at all times but Jose still got it done and I didn't see any issues on my end the only thing I saw was the results. This is the team you want to sell and I'm sure buying would be the same.
Jose, who was our realtor (mine, my husband and my in laws) was hands down the best realtor we had the pleasure to work with. He was super flexible with our work schedule and continuously showed us houses for almost 4 months straight non-stop, and gave us his own opinions and thoughts on the houses we toured. Second time customer with Jose, but he is definitely a two-time champ our books. 10 out of 10 would use him again. We purchased our first house with him in 2014, and sold the same house in 2023 with his help. He even took a 2% cut as a discount for us as returning customers. HOWEVER, even though he took the cut he still gave us 110%... TLDR; Believe in the power of Jose! He will not let you down.
