Second time customer with Jose, but he is definitely a two-time champ our books. 10 out of 10 would use him again. We purchased our first house with him in 2014, and sold the same house in 2023 with his help. He even took a 2% cut as a discount for us as returning customers. HOWEVER, even though he took the cut he still gave us 110%... TLDR; Believe in the power of Jose! He will not let you down.
Jose is the man! I frequently changed my mind about what I wanted, but he stuck with me and guided me to a brand new home within my budget. Jose helped us sell our rural property which was a hobby farm. It was a unique property and took some time to find a buyer, but Jose did a great job guiding us through all the process and was always available when we had questions.
