Jose did a great job at closing the deal within 4 hours after putting the house on the market. Also, he negotiated the final details at closing to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I definitely recommend him to all my friends, family, and whoever is looking to sell their house.

Jose was wonderful to work with. We had moved out of state when we contacted him and he did not hesitate to take the lead in getting our house sale ready. He helped us make decisions based on what was best for us and when we had questions he was always quick to return a phone call, text or email. This was our first house so we had a lot of reservations about having to do this from a distance, but Jose did everything he could to make it as smooth a process as possible.
Jose was so patient with us! He found the perfect property and then set us up with an wonderful mortgage group for the financing. Stayed in constant communication and held our hands when we needed it. We've used him for two different transactions in the last few years. We trust Him completely and never for a moment doubted that he kept our best interests in the forefront. There simple is NOT a better realtor in El Paso county!
Totally professional. An expert. Has the network to make deals happen on time. Understands the VA home loan guarantee process. Jose is still my family friend to this day. He'd never rip anyone off because he has high moral standards, but it's comforting to know that his success speaks for itself in the area of character fitness and he's got a lot of credibility among CO Springs Realtors. We just bought our first home and José was our realtor! Needless to say we were very overwhelmed with everything that come with buying.. But José was amazing very truthful kind honest person! And he answers text/calls 24/7 yes we were those kind of people lol! We are sticking with him for every purchase we do! Highly recommend José to everyone!
