We just simple Love this guy!!! we interview few agents before Jose and for whatever reason our connection with him was like : Love at the first sight. Jose was knowledgeable of the system and the whole process and he is very enthusiastic, passionate about his job and most important serious and responsible. will recommend it at any time.

Overall Horrible Experience. Started off with a relatively good experience, but quickly went south as I questioned his charges based upon what we agreed to. He went into a rant of everything he did which had nothing to do with what our agreement was. I was blown off for a while and finally received a refund. After having a man to man talk and Mr Medina agreeing to a refund, he has since blown me off. While Jose seemed like a nice person, as first time home buyers we felt we were not educated properly on what to expect. Often times Jose kept us out of the loop about where we stood in the process. When we did start looking at homes we felt rushed into deciding. Once we chose a home, there were things we asked for the be repaired based on the inspection however we didn't get the results of the repairs that were actually completed until the day we closed on the home.
