Second time customer with Jose, but he is definitely a two-time champ our books. 10 out of 10 would use him again. We purchased our first house with him in 2014, and sold the same house in 2023 with his help. He even took a 2% cut as a discount for us as returning customers. HOWEVER, even though he took the cut he still gave us 110%... TLDR; Believe in the power of Jose! He will not let you down.
Jose is the man! I frequently changed my mind about what I wanted, but he stuck with me and guided me to a brand new home within my budget. He also built a great team around me with lender and inspector referrals. The process from when I sent him the listing to closing was under 30 days.
