Everyone was fantastic.. Very nice and pleasant. The staff treated Everyboby with respect. They were very friendly.

Is my opinion it’s nothing being done except for telling me to wear compression socks. I’ve been coming to the office ever since September or October can’t remember I have been in pain off and on since then i could’ve did a research or Google and been told to wear compression socks for free. I just feel like more can be done to help me. I’m at my wits end. I’m ready to find other alternatives, I don’t know, in my opinion
I was quite disappointed in the process and not seeing or talking with a Physician and the lengthy time that it took to get a vein screening. The office is clearly a clinic that’s focuses on numbers not the thorough care of the patient. My appointment was at 2:00 and admittedly I took an additional 10 minutes to complete paperwork but the duration of the appointment was unacceptable, I didn’t leave the office until after 4:00 pm. I Don’t Think They Were informative Enough To My Liking.
Currently,, VCA does not have the staff with the skills to best service me. I understand that you seek to hire in the future. The service you provided (some kind of ultra-sound) was of no value to me, and no report from you of the test results. Therefore, I assumed favorable results. I give heavy thoughts on discontinuing future visits, which would enhance the availability for you o service those who need you.
