The person who greeted me who came I came in and who took my measurements and who talked to me initially after going to the back was wonderful 👍 😊 But ...I would love it, if the person I spoke with about my legs listen more intensely.... I have had an ongoing concern about my legs, and I'm really not receiving any comfortable answers.. PS the sandwiches that you give to people after they get ready to leave are wonderful and thank you so much ❣️

When I first walked in the door and no one said hello can I help you. Once off the phone the older receptionist just pointed to the sign-in sheet no eye contact. Filled out my medical information that they already had because I've been to Cornwell health.. receptionist was upset when I missed a few questions in an open lobby she was pretty loud. Medical assistant male told me he was doing a blood flow ultrasound with a pulse oximeter and then put the cellophane bag it came in over my finger and my big toe and then plugged it... read more
Everyone was fantastic.. Very nice and pleasant. The staff treated Everyboby with respect. They were very friendly.

I found out more that was going on with my legs and artery's through your company then the hospital
Is my opinion it’s nothing being done except for telling me to wear compression socks. I’ve been coming to the office ever since September or October can’t remember I have been in pain off and on since then i could’ve did a research or Google and been told to wear compression socks for free. I just feel like more can be done to help me. I’m at my wits end. I’m ready to find other alternatives, I don’t know, in my opinion
I was quite disappointed in the process and not seeing or talking with a Physician and the lengthy time that it took to get a vein screening. The office is clearly a clinic that’s focuses on numbers not the thorough care of the patient. My appointment was at 2:00 and admittedly I took an additional 10 minutes to complete paperwork but the duration of the appointment was unacceptable, I didn’t leave the office until after 4:00 pm.
