We have been with Vaughn for years. I know people compare the price of oil and jump from one carrier to another but I look at the customer service and when you have a question or issue, they are right there for their customer. To me saving a few cents for oil, is not worth giving up customer service that we have received from Vaughn Oil.
Reasonably priced heating oil. Excellent service, generally same day even nights and weekends for an emergency. Easy to contact - a real person answers and is knowledgeable.
Very prompt, courteous, and timely. Would recommend them to anyone.
