I asked Vaughn Oil to call me before making a delivery so I can move my vehicles to make it easier for the truck to drag the hose. This also helps when there is a snowstorm so I can clear the driveway before delivery. They pay attention to my requests so we all benefit from one phone call. The service people who clean my furnace are also very knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. It's good to have an oil company that pays attention to the customer. Ive used Vaughn Oil for over 25 plus years to service my boiler, oil deliveries and more. The office staff is wonderful and listens to any concerns and questions I have. The repair service is prompt (I have the service plan), even when its late at night on a Friday night. The only issue I had 2 years ago, which turned into a big deal, was the service people not knowing how to resolve my boiler not producing heat in my 2 zones.
