We worked with Venessa when we initially bought our home and during our refinance. She was honest with us when we inquired about refinancing, that it wasn't worth the cost. However, once rates decreased again, she was on top of her game (like always). I appreciated being able to complete all of our paperwork online. Each step of the process was explained with no surprises. Venessa's has a great team working with her.
