I had my solar system installed 2 months ago. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The installers arrived at the scheduled time. They installed the system over a day and a half. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did everything I expected. It took about a week for National Grid to come out and switch my meter. The following day the system went live. I would absolutely recommend Venture Solar. I have interviewed several Solar companies and not one was as professional as Venture. Everything went smooth with no problems from start to installation. Kristopher (Senior Customer Experience Specialist) and John (Senior Customer Experience Specialist)explained every process where I could understand it. Very pleased with experience using Venture Solar. Sales team worked with us to get system we wanted at a good price. After city approved permit, installation was scheduled for four days later, on the weekend. Installation was done in less than a single day and crew, both panel installers and electrician did a great job. Looking forward to getting the system inspected and up and running.
