Wonderful Equipement! Excellent Customer Service We received the panels in the earlier days of the program and now having them for about four years, we have experienced great service and whenever we have to reach out, which isn't very often, the customer service has been excellent! Very responsive with a willingness to make the situation right in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We continue to be very pleased with our decision to work with Venture Solar
No BS, smooth installation, clean Interviewed several competitors, heard lots of promises. Brent was straight and acted without the BS promises. Great system design and installation. Once turned on produced immediately, cleanly and delivering.
Awesome Company and Awesome Results After getting hit with high electric bills this past winter my family decided that we were going to go solar. We used the state tool to solict bids from various contractors. We got 12 in total. After reviewing them we went down to 3. Venture presented the best value for us. Solar Install with Venture Installation and system turn up went very smooth. Installation was professional, and installers did a nice job hiding all conduit and aligning all panels. Venture scheduled and kept me up to date on all home inspections, net meter install, and system turn up. Enphase app is awesome for tracking system performance.
Great service for installation. It was really quick on their end and they kept in constant communication.
Kristopher is very efficient and tried very hard to accommodate my needs ASAP. He was also very well mannered and cared about my concerns. I wish Venture had more people like him. He was very patient and respectful. I had no issues with him.
I recommend using venture solar if anyone is interested in getting solar panels! They were great and the installation process was easy and quick. Everyone knows what they were doing and welcomed any questions I had about the process. The electricity bill has gotten less too ever since the solar panels have been added!
Overall Excellent Experience After comparing various companies for solar panels, we chose Venture Solar to provide our installation. They also came very highly recommended from several of our neighbors. Throughout the process we received excellent service from polite and helpful employees. It's been a pleasure working with Venture Solar.
