Not too bad - great staff, long install time We liked their presentation, while comparable to other vendors, they were able to provide more information (directly and online). Their staff has kept me in the loop, even when waiting for NYC building dept approvals. Once I was approved by NYC - the installation occurred within a couple of days. Great support! My panels were found to be not working correctly. Nichole from Venture Solar was my point of contact throughout the warranty work with Sunpower. Nichole was always fast to respond and knowledgeable regarding the process. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me and my concerns. Thanks Nichole and thanks Venture!
Great Experience So far, very good! I just got my solar panels installed, and it only took the team a few hours to install 23 panels and a few microinverters (plus all wiring, etc). The sales and customer services reps were easy to reach and very accommodating. I highly recommend Venture Solar.
Service was good a little longer than except to get installed Service was good a little longer than excepted to get installed but due to COVID delay was possible. On installation day they was there early finish job quick and clean no complaints.

Easy going and punctual They offered me what I wanted in the solar system.
My sales rep Vicky was great to work with. My neighbor recommended the company.
Communication has been constant which is helpful! We loved the initial presentation; Tom explained it well and answered all our questions thoroughly which got us very comfortable with moving forward!
