Replacement of inverter After 2 years with solar 1 inverter went defective,I called venture and they came and replaced and installed another inverter.I didn't have to wait long,service rep kept me informed.Great service
Strong Customer Service Venture Solar handled the entire process well. There were bumps in the road with inspections, weather, the utility, the state. Patience is a virtue and my patience paid off. The whole process was easy. They walked us through step by step. The only delay we had was waiting for the electric company to come and install the new meters. The electric company is on their own schedule.

I interviewed several solar companies before going with Venture Solar and I have not regretted my decision. My sales person Neil Shea was great and he focused on a system design that was best for me and not necessarily the most profitable for them. I had other companies bid using inferior quality products and wanting to mount them where I did not want them simply because it would be easier for them to install. First time As a first time solar panel buyer, the wife & I were confused on the matter, I had approximately 6 free quotes, Venture solar showed to be the best value, (not cheapest). Ultimately you get what you pay for, Michael Ficarra the sales rep. Fantastic experience We’ve been customers for about 4 years now and couldn’t be happier with their product and service. The panels have been producing as promised.
