Verified Renter Community is nice, mostly quiet and very walkable. Amenities are nice, with a great pool. Safe from my experience. Units are not well built with paper thin walls and floors so upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor is heard and disruptive to tenants below--always have pounding on your ceiling if you have a tenant that walks heavy or stomps around all day. Staff and maintenance are very nice and responsive to requests. Overall, I am enjoying living here.
