Verified Renter Beautiful, great location. Vies is unbelievable, spacious, clean the pool is very nice too. Pet friendly even a dog park, car wash, vacuums.

Verified Renter Staff and maintenance are nice and responsive. The walls and floors are not insulated so you have to get used to heavy walkers and loud talkers. Pool is nice. Nice walkable neighborhood

Verified Renter Overall experience has been ok. The maintenance team is amazing! The office staff are friendly. The only issues are that the units are extremely noisy due to the lack of insulation/sound proofing, you can hear every little noise. The last few years have attracted nothing but problem tenants for the community between dog poop, constant smoking issue, and the front gate being broken routinely due to people trying to run through the gate before it closes.
