Verified Renter Overall experience has been ok. The maintenance team is amazing! The office staff are friendly. The only issues are that the units are extremely noisy due to the lack of insulation/sound proofing, you can hear every little noise. The last few years have attracted nothing but problem tenants for the community between dog poop, constant smoking issue, and the front gate being broken routinely due to people trying to run through the gate before it closes. Verified Renter I have been a resident here at Vera for 3 years now. I love how the community is always well maintained, clean, and has various activities throughout the month to engage in. I also appreciate how fast the maintenance team responds to your request. The location is also another factor that I consider a plus, easy access to the highway and many restaurants in the near surrounding area. I would definitely recommend Vera for anyone looking for a safe, modern, and well maintained place to live!
