The care and help, support, from the designated carer is far above and beyond what I was expecting. He has been amazing. With my physical and mental health problems, I will maintain that a big part of my recovery process has been the help and assistance he provides, for all the things I am unable to do.

I Can't fault the Care my Mother receives from VERITY HEALTHCARE. I will just say there has been times your Administration does let VERITY HEALTHCARE down.With respect I have nothing else to coment on.

Just want you to know that since January this year the office staff has not been good as they were not very good in communication skills with me and they have been asking the carers to pass on their messages to me and they have treated both of mums carers very poorly and have not been very good with us and now after tomorrow morning call we have a new company coming in and it's a really sad situation for us and the two carers as we are very happy with them and they have enjoyed coming to work with mum they will be greatly mi... read more
