I have support to help me learn to try out new things like cooking. I also get support on how to manage my finances. I get support for my appointments as well. Over all am very pleased with the support I receive here. And I am quite happy to be here as well since last year.

I am satisfied with the care that I am receiving at the moment. Because I have the same carer there is consistently with my care. She is punctual and provides a good service. We are from the same country so she understands my cultural needs.

Indhu is a true blessing in my life and a huge help. I couldn't wish for a better carer. Farhana is also so easy to work with and has helped with all administrative questions I've had. It was a bit of a confusion in the beginning with sorting out my care but once we overcame that everything has been really easy and I'm really happy with the service provided.

I have been a Verity Care Client for over 2 years and the service has become better and better over time, so that the standard of care you expect is excellent. Over the week I have different carers on different days which works very well and makes me look forward to their visits. They are kind, honest, highly trustworthy and well trained carers. The staff at Verity Healthcare are very kind, considerate, helpful and professional. Even though I'm very independent sometimes I need help with my diabetes especially over night. Overall I have complete trust in the care team and I'm very satisfied in the level of care provided.

I like the carer because they help me with financial management and budgeting also help me with food shopping and creaming. I also like going for day trip in London and activities. Carers took me to my appointment and take me to see my nan and grandad at cemetery.

Always find the staff friendly & helpful, my son has settled in really well which is a credit to the staff. I'm kept informed if there are any issues and they are always on hand to provide support. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.
